Hotarubi no Mori e Anime movie Review

Hotarubi no Mori e is.... a big blubber of emotional mess .....................and I loved it!
It's just one of those anime that makes you say... There has to be SOME way around this....
If there is magic, there is a way!
Oh yeah... Let me give you a little summary for this or you will have no idea what I am talking about.

This little girl, Hotaru, goes to her uncles every year and she gets lost in a forest and meets Gin, a spirit of sorts. He says he can lead her out but she can't touch him. So what does she do? She tries to touch him. It's very cute, to be honest, since the first time the meet is when she is 6.
She goes back to her uncles every year to see him and she gets older and he, obviously, doesn't.
You can tell she loves him because while she is at home all she thinks about is him.

I'm not going to keep going with the summary because I feel like i'm going to ruin it.

So my point is.... It makes you have a bubble of emotion that just bursts out at the the end and leaves you empty for more.
I WANT MORE, DANG IT! T^T

Watch it!
Do it!
Now!

That's all I have to say.
I'm sorry this review sucked but I can't say more than that.
Just do it.

The Garden of Words/Kotonoha no Niwa Anime movie Review

I'm just going to get straight to the review.

So, I've been wanting to watch this for a while. Mostly for the art because of how amazing it looks. I mean, seriously... check out amvs or something if you don't want to watch it but the art is BEAUTIFUL. The detail. The color. Everything. Wonderful. Yes, one/two word sentences explain everything.
The story was really cute. I'm glad it was a movie. I don't think I would have watched an entire series for this. So, I'm pretty happy it was just a movie. It didn't need much back story to it and it was a very simple version of a drama. Somethings things did bug me though. Such as the way he never asked for her number or anything and the ending wasn't my favorite. But it was enjoyable to watch because I wanted to find out what happened between them.
There really isn't much to say about this movie because of how much detail it lacked in the story...but you get most of it just by looking at the picture above.

If you haven't heard about this movie, here is a little summary...
There is a boy who wants to become a shoe designer who skips school in the mornings to go to the park to draw sketches. He meets a lady there who is drinking beer and eating chocolate. They start to hit it off but he still knows nothing about her. He finds out somethings and then that is where the dramatic stuff comes into play.
I don't want to say much more because if I tell you everything you might not watch it.
But if you don't care for the story, watch it for the art because that's what drew me in, in the first place.
Seriously.
Watch it.

Red Data Girl Anime Review

Red Data Girl is a 12 episode anime. It intrigued me to watch but was a bit confusing. I feel like you have to know a little about Japanese historical events or myths. I don't have very much knowledge to those kinds of things as much as I would like to though. But you basically get the gist of the story when you are watching it.
The story is basically about Izumiko Suzuhara, a girl who lives in a very distant shrine in the mountains. She can't use electronics because she always seems to 'break' them and there seem to be people who are after her for her powers. She wants to move to the city and become like a normal girl but she has no confidence in herself or anything. She then meets Miyuki Sagara, (The boy next to her in the picture.) one of the guys who protects her son. He's rude, mean, and has to protect her.
She finds out that she has a himegami inside her. A himegami is sort of like a spirit god thing that is very powerful. Which is why she needs someone to protect her.
Anyway, Things go down and she goes to a school in Tokyo for people who basically have powers to see spirits. It doesn't really go into detail about the school.
There she meets her roomate/friend and her twin/brother(s). (Watch it and you will understand what I am talking about.)
There you see what she has to go through to hide her real power.

Ok. In all honesty, this anime didn't go into any details about anything really. You get to understand the story but you have nothing behind it really. Miyuki seems more bipolar than anything and you just get really confused by how they act. The things they talk about in this anime doesn't really make sense and that's why I'm guessing you have to know a little history/mythology of Japan to understand it a little better.
A lot of things seem to be left open and not many things came up in this anime. I mean, it was a nice watch but for the most part... a lot of things popped up without an answer for me so I was a little disappointed in the ending.
I feel like there could have been an awesome backstory behind it if they took the time to make it but they didn't and we were stucking hanging.
Besides all that, It was really enjoyable to watch and I finished in about two and half days/three days tops.

It was based off of a novel and also has a manga so I might have to read those to figure out what I am missing from the anime. Maybe I will figure out what the anime was hiding from me. ;)

Art was pretty normal. Nothing to fancy about it. My favorite parts were when Izumiko would dance/sing. It was very pretty.

Opening and Ending songs. They seemed like old and new music converging. It was nice but not something I would listen to often.

Oh! Also, Please don't forget to watch at the end of the episodes. Some episodes have an ending past the credits and it converges with the next episode. So if you skip it you will pretty confused on the next episode. >.<

Kyoukai no Kanata/Beyond the Boundary Anime Series Review

Kyoukai no Kanata.

Basically, It's about demon/spirit/monster/things,Youmu, and demon hunters called Spirit World Warriors. Only Spirit World Warriors can see Youmu and are the only ones that can kill the Youmu. That's the concept anyway. There are four main characters... Akihito Kanbara (Akii), Mirai Kuriyama, Mitsuki Nase, and Hiroomi Nase. Then there are the main two characters. Akii and Mirai (the two up above).
Akii is a half youmu, half human that can be very powerful if he transforms into his youmu half...Who is also immortal. Mirai is a very special SWW that can control her blood to do basically anything she wants. She mostly uses it as a sword. She is the last of her clan and she's basically an outcast because of her powers.
Although, Mirai is a SWW, she can't kill youmu and since Akii is immortal, he lets her practice on him until she is able to kill a youmu. Then it goes into the trails and tribulations between the two and you find out a bunch of crazy stuff at the end; plus the reason as to why it's called Kyoukai no Kanata and you're like.... Whhaaaaat????
This anime took me a while to watch, in all honesty.
It was a good anime but it was really hard to keep my interest. The story seemed really interesting but the progression was kind of boring.
There are only 12 -actual- episodes and then there are some side episodes and mini theater episodes. The side episodes are cute and worth watching if you like idol types. I really liked their song and dance. xD The mini theater episodes aren't really worth watching.
Although, I wish they had used some of the side stories or made more episodes to help us understand the back story of Akii and such. They just kind of left me hanging with no information as to what happened and why....

The art.
So, I really liked the flow and color of this anime. It was really nice. It's actually one of the reasons as to why I wanted to watch it.

A little video from the idol special. :)

Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii Anime Review

So I watched this one a while ago, also.

Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii is basically about bringing two kingdoms together.  The Sun kingdom and the Rain Kingdom. (I know what your thinking and I agree.) Basically, it's about how Princess Nike, from the Rain Kingdom, has to survive in the Sun kingdom with King Livi. (seriously, what's with the crappy names?) It's a pretty good anime as long as you get away from the part where King Livi is like... what... 10 or more years YOUNGER than Nike? And you can clearly tell he has mommy issues. You can tell he is trying to find his mom (who he calls by her first name... which is weird. He also dreams of her in weird ways.... Idk. It doesn't really go into 'to' much detail....) in her.
Eventually, you start to see them really falling for each other and what they have to do to stay together.
It's a pretty short anime but its refreshing to watch if you have been watching a lot of governmental/overthrow the government type anime, such as Akame ga kill.

A little more about the two main characters.
So,  King Livi is basically a 'ruthless' king, although he doesn't look like it. He is very grown up for his character and at times you forget that he is so much younger than his wife.... That is, until you see a faraway picture of both of them... Then you just kind of want to laugh because of how small he is compared to her... But in all honesty, you enjoy seeing their companionship towards one another.

Princess Nike. Well, She's pretty cool. She has powers over wind and rain so she could kill a bunch of people if she wanted to... She doesn't do that, of course. She can make it rain by singing and I really liked the parts when she sang. I wish she could have sang more than one song but as it was... It made sense to keep it to one song.
She's a very nice, funny girl and fun to watch. You enjoy her from the beginning because she isn't just your normal princess. She has her own thoughts and she isn't afraid of saying what she thinks most of the time.

I really hope there will be a second season because it was very enjoyable to watch.

Art was alright. It isn't very detailed or anything but I like the small differences in each person.

Music.
The opening seems like something a girl in her pajamas would start blasting and singing/dancing around with. xD Silly, I know. It's not bad. :)
Ending. I actually enjoyed the ending a little more than the beginning. I don't really know why. haha.

Hiiro no Kakera Anime Review

So, I watched this one a while ago and I thought I would make a review on it. (Plus it will help me remember that I have watched it already. xD)
Hiiro No Kakera is based on a novel/otome game.... Which is why there are a bunch of dudes and one girl on the cover above.
It's basically about a priestess to keep evil spirits away/bad people from the special objects of her ancestors which holds great power. The guys around her are her protectors and they all have certain powers in them which makes them transform into these half youkai (demon) people. (Which look pretty hot if I do say so myself. :P)
I have to admit I was hoping for more of an in depth story with this anime but of course.... It's from an otome game concept so what did I expect? All in all, it wasn't a bad anime. Just wish there was more to it. I did enjoy watching it. It had enough entertainment to keep me from straying off.

For the art.
The art was really nice. Very 'glossy'. Which I like for these types of anime.. :P The flow was normal. Colors were very nice.

Music.
I am STILL addicted to the first beginning song. The second beginning song was nice but it wasn't as powerful. Still pretty though.
Ending songs were ok. Mostly skipped over them because I didn't care enough. They didn't keep my attention very long.

Akame ga Kill Anime Review

Akame ga kill starts out pretty quickly. A dragon (that doesn't look like a dragon... more like a giant bug) pops out of the ground in front of some passer-bys ,and then the main character, Tatsumi, comes and slashes the dragon's arm off and chops it down. Just kind of an 'ok then' moment. He's some arrogant, naive 'little' boy who wants to make it big. (He kind of gets on my nerves a little, at first.)
It does change into a gruesome anime, though.
Basically the anime is about a revolution that is going on with the kingdom. You find out about these assassins called night raid. (This next sentence isn't really a spoiler but just in case, thought I would let ya know. It happens in the first episode so it's not really a big spoiler.) Tatsumi decides to to join their little group. You basically see how cool they are with their fancy magical weapons and everything.
ANYWAY!
With the very first episode, you feel bad for the kid. At least I did. :/ Some things go down, I'm not going to ruin it for you if you do decide to watch it...
Each character has their own personality, of course.  The other main character, Akame, is probably just like you think. Cool, calm, distant. The usual. Most people like those types anyway. It makes it a bit more interesting. There are the other characters but Akame is probably the one you want to know the most about since it has her name in the anime. (But to be honest, I don't really see how it's about her. Yes, she's in it but it is more about Tatsumi than anyone....)

It does have it's comic relief though. So, if you're not really into the complete overly dramatic anime... It has your little smirk in it here and there. Nothing overly laugh out loud.
It doesn't start getting really interesting until episode 6. It's very hard to keep interest in it until then so be patient. It took me forever to force myself to watch each episode. Once you do get to the interesting point, it's worth watching.
The fight scenes are my favorite.
It stops at episode 17 and it seems as if there is going to be a season 2. Either that or they stopped making episodes. I can see either one of those happening to be honest. It has its good and bad parts. It wasn't one of my most favorite anime to watch. But... It's worth giving a shot.
I would probably watch the next season. It didn't end on a cliff hanger or anything but I do want to watch the battles between 'good vs. evil'.

You do start to notice that the girls start to crush on .... Guess who?? Yeah... I probably don't have to tell you. But it doesn't really go in to much detail about romance in this anime so if you don't really like it then... you don't have to completely worry about it. I think it's more for comic relief than anything.

ART!
The art isn't anything that screams 'WOW!' to me but I do like the emotions that each character gives. It reminds me a little of Higarashi no naku koro ni kai with it's crazy scenes. (Eyes and such)
It has some pretty gruesome scenes so I was pretty interested in that.

OP/Closing songs
There were two openings and two closings.
The openings and the first ending were alright.
The second ending caught my interest though. The art for the OPs/Closing were really pretty though.

Anyway!
All in all... The anime was alright. I really had to push myself to watch it for the first part but once you get past that, it was a interesting.
Warning! It is bloody and gruesome so please be aware of that.

UPDATE!!!
So, I've been watching the newest episodes and I have to admit. I wasn't expecting so many things to happen all at once but it is really progressing and I am actually enjoying it and can't wait for the next episode. I am a little afraid of watching the newest episode. (watched a little preview of it and I'm a little nervous as to what is going to happen) The emotions of each episode seem to get higher and higher and it makes me really like this anime. I think they are learning from each episode and how to play things out.
So if you are still having a hard time trying to watch it, please stick through because you will enjoy the newest episodes that have come out. It's a slow anime to start out but very enjoyable once you get past that large hump of boringness. ( I don't care-ness)

All the blubbering-ness in the last episodes. SO MANY FEELS!! T^T
Also, I still think it's stupid that they don't make Akame the main character until the last episode.

Riddle Story Of Devil/Devil's Riddle/Akuma no Ridoru Anime Review

Three words.... Boring and disappointing.

So... The characters seemed really cool at first and I thought that the concept sounded interesting at first.... But I just kept getting more and more let down each episode.
At some points it reminded me of Danganronpa but it's not as interesting.
It's suppose to be about assassins trying to kill this girl but it just drags on and on....
Let me just say... It would have been better as an OVA.
It had to many episodes and it got boring quickly.
I did however get excited for the last two episodes. (Possibly because it was getting down to the point.)
I liked how they mixed the plot up a bit at the end about the girl they were trying to kill but it still didn't help the show.
The ending... THE ENDING! Let me just get a slap in the face right now. That was the stupidest thing I ever watched. WHAT KIND OF ENDING WAS THAT?!
The people that die should stay dead. Not act dead... Trying to make a "happy ending" out of something that shouldn't be happy... I was content with some of them dying.... not acting like nothing ever happened. Just very disappointing.

One thing I did like about this anime was the art. As I said before, it reminded me a bit of Danganronpa. This is one of the reasons. The eyes are what made me want to keep watching. It's the type of style that you could say would be 'creepy cute'? I loved the art in it.

Opening and Ending songs... Opening... Nothing special. It did have some hidden notes in there but other than that... Nothing special.
Ending song(s) . Interesting for the most part. I like how each character had their own ending song. Stayed through to listen to each. It kept it interesting.

All in all. Very disappointing anime. Not something I want to watch again. It wouldn't keep my interest. That is all.

One little interesting tidbit... It seemed as though it was somewhat a little bit of a yuri. Just by how some acted towards others.

Two posts in one day?! Whaaat??? -Tokyo ESP Review-

So, I didn't spoil myself before I wrote this by reading the manga ending... So, I'm hoping there will be a second season of Tokyo ESP. If not.... Well, then I'm bummed. The ending was very disappointing. It ended to quickly with to many unknowns... What's up with all the anime ending with all of these mysteries lately? It's super annoying!

The story was alright. It reminded me a lot of the X-men if that tells you a lot anything. It did keep my interest though. Possibly because it is just like X-Men. It's basically just like every other save the world anime except.... The main character seems tough at times but, all in all, she's pretty weak compared to quiet a few people. It has a more I depth story besides the whole save the world and be a hero thing. You will have to actually watch it to find out what the true meaning of the fighting is about. ;) Like I said earlier... The ending wasn't that great. To many unkowns popping up at the very end. Still! It's pretty interesting to watch because of the characters attitudes and such. There is a bit of romance budding but it's quickly pushed to the side... Which was a bummer... >.>
I will, eventually, have to read the manga though. The unkowns bother me a bit. So, if you are going to do anything... Watch the anime first and then read the manga.... JUST IN CASE. You don't want to be let down by the anime if you read the manga first. You know what I mean?

ANYWAY! On to the art...
Let me just tell you, you can tell where they put their effort into... The characters differ in art so much from the 'background' characters... It's a little annoying. But if you can get use to drastic (ugly) changes in the none important characters then you won't feel so irritated as I did. Other than that... The bloody scenes were pretty fun to watch. :3

Oh yeah!
WARNING! There is blood, killing and a little bit of boob grabbing in this anime if you are thinking of watching this around kids... My want to have your hands ready to cover their eyes at times. Just saying.

All in all... Tokyo ESP was fun to watch. It was very frustrating at the end but the little penguin protector dude was really cute and made you just want to SQUISH him! x]

Tokyo Ghoul Anime Review

Well, Hello!
I'm sorry for the hiatus. I was very busy for last few months and I wasn't able to post much. Let alone watch anything.
Good news is.... I'M BACK!
I'm pretty much settled into my new home and finally able to start watching anime again. WOOT!
ANYWAY!
First anime to watch in the new house... (Dun Dun Duuuun!!)
TOKYO GHOUL, also known as Toukyou Kushu!
Well! Where do I start?
First episode... GORE! Right from the start. Loved it. Probably not for the feint of heart. I did not expect it to go the way it did to be quiet honest. When I first saw the pictures of the anime I thought it was going to start out with some crazy dude saving the world some how.
(Btw, guys, I don't read summaries before I start reading or watching manga/anime. So this is really my FIRST look at everything.)
Each episode kept me very interested. Some had tears streaming down my face... Others.... *grabby hands* BLOOD! (Cause I'm a freak like that)
I actually thoroughly enjoyed this anime surprisingly. Most of the time I want some type of romance in it but it kept my interests through different types of methods. (I love sad/gore/crazy torcher stuff too.)
The story in itself was rather interesting. The anime doesn't really go into details about how the Ghouls became this way or why they have the power that they do.... Which kind of leaves you trying to figure it out on your own.
BUT! If you overlook that little tidbit and go on with the story then it's pretty exciting. Each episode gives a little information about almost all the characters, which is nice.
Kaneki Ken, the main character of it all, really has to fight with himself through the whole anime. (If you watch it, you will understand why.) Plus, fight almost everyone else to stay alive. Some of the characters really annoy you at first and you just want them to go away until you see what kind of life they are living and then you really can't help but love them in the end.
Unfortunately, the anime leaves you hanging for more. There are rumors of a season 2 coming out next year.
I, on the other hand, can't wait that long and like to spoil myself with the endings.
AND....
I was let down by the ending of the manga.
I hope in the end the anime gives us a little more information about what happens because unless you like cliffhangers then you will get really annoyed with this....

ANYWAY!
ART!
So, I thought the art was pretty nice. It's pretty standard quality. When the gore parts came, I was pretty excited to see how they would do it. They don't show to much but enough to make you understand what is happening. I love the difference in characters. It reminded me a little of Shiki.

OP/ENDING
I loved the opening song and how well it went with each part. It made me excited to watch each episode. Some anime just makes me want to skip right over the beginning song because it annoys me after a while but I loved watching the art with the music. It was very beautiful to me. Ending song... My husband liked it... It's hard for me to keep watching an ending song unless its something like wolf's rain song - Gravity. Or it has something catchy in the art. Other than that... I just don't watch them.

CAUTION:
This anime is not for children. This has blood, death and cannibalism. If you feint of heart please do not watch! Thank you!

Honey x honey drop kiss review.

WARNING! This isn't for people under the age of 16. This is an ecchi and has sexual violence and other sexual content so please be careful!
Now, onto the review.
So, when I first started reading this manga.... I thought the storyline was a bit silly. Once you get over the silly story and actually get into the characters, it's pretty good.
It's basically about a poor girl trying to make money for her family so that they don't have to worry about things. She meets a boy and he makes her his "honey". "Honey" is basically key word for slave. Once you really get into the story you kind of see that changing little by little though. You notice that the word "honey" gets a different meaning. They go through tribulations because she isn't the greatest honey and can't seem to do anything right. People try to go in between them and they do things that aren't very nice....(read the warning).
The only thing that I really didn't like is how nice they seem to be to the person that was trying to break them apart. I definitely wouldn't be so nice and I don't see anyone else being that nice either.... Other than that, I thought it was a pretty good manga for the most part.
The art was cute and it made you really like the characters.
I did notice they had an anime of it as well but I am just not really interested in it. I have heard it is only two or three episodes long and I just don't think it's worth watching. Plus, it looks funky in color and looks very old.
But anyway! You should definitely check out this manga! :)

Inu x boku ss review

So, this anime was so cute! The art was really cute. It had a sense of comedy in each epsiode but I do have to admit, I wish it had more serious, love scenes in it. It had a pretty good storyline but they didn't do much with it.
A little note about watching the episodes... Keep watching after each episode because there are little cute parts after every episode. :3
Unfortunately I haven't heard anything about a second season even though the manga keeps going after that. Though, I tried to read the manga and it is.... (WARNING) very sad. I really wasn't expecting such a sad manga. I was hoping for more romance and love love stuff.... That didn't happen.
I hate when manga repeats it's self and that's what this did. It did have little difference of course but all in all... It just kind of broke my heart. So unless you like rereading basically the same thing and having your heart broken then go for it!
If you don't... Then watch then anime and stop there and make fan fictions or something.
But all in all, I really liked  the anime.
And everyone should check it out!

TMI Video? Health Update. Anime Review.

I'm thinking about doing a TMI video. What do you guys think? Should I do it now or should I post it after I move? That would be later on next month.

Update on my healing process...
I'm doing better. My stomach is still a little sore and swollen but I'm able to move around more and go to stores for a certain amount of time. I do need rest after though, but, like I said, I'm doing better. :D Hopefully the rest of the swelling around the bottom of my stomach will go away because it makes me uncomfortable.

Now on to the anime review.

So I recently watched... most of Diabolik Lovers.... And let me just say... It pissed me off. Not really because of how the vampires acted but how the main character girl acted. She disappointed me. The vampires acted like I expected but I just didn't like how PATHETIC the girl acted. I mean, she didn't help her case at all. She didn't push them off. She didn't say 'Fuck off!' She didn't try anything but sit there and take everything they did. There is a difference in trying to make the main character seem innocent or trying to make it look like she is a rag doll or slave. I mean, I understand that she was there to be a 'bride' ... (More like food/slave) to the vampires but there is a limit. They need to give her a little more self worth and have more of an attitude. I just don't think a lot of people are going to like this anime. Now, I did watch some of the episodes and then I just had to skip through it because it just wasn't going anywhere. I skipped to last episode and it didn't really go how I was expecting. I was expecting her to get through to them and change them for the better and make them care a little bit... and you can kind of see a little change BUT it basically just stayed the same. It was a boring ending. Even though it was such an annoying anime... besides that, it was just boring. I didn't get into it and I was very disappointed.
One good point about the anime though, I loved the art. It was very beautiful. I loved the colors they used and how dark it was. But other than that.... nothing else really interested me.
I thought it was going to go in a different direction and I was disappointed.

Sayonara walmart!

Well, since I am unable to work the last couple of days at walmart because of my surgery.... I had to tell everyone goodbye via Facebook.
I have to admit. I will miss the people at walmart. They made my time (5 years) bearable and somewhat memorable. I definitely won't miss the holidays and Black Friday at walmart. I will miss making money and hopefully I can find something to help me make some money at home. (Anyone have any ideas?) I won't miss walmart.
As much I would like to think that I made friends at walmart.... I know I didn't. They just know my work form. Not my true form. If they did, they wouldn't like me very much. Lol
Do I really think they will talk to me after this or miss me? No, not really. Maybe check in once every 5 years maybe? I try to act like I care but.... I don't. I couldn't really careless. Which I guess it's kind of bad? I'm guessing. I don't know.
Anyway, review on working for walmart? Sure... A little bit about walmart.
Walmart is an alright company to work for. It's definitely better than other companies from what I'm told. I do have to say that each walmart is different. Depending on each walmart, they can treat you very differently.
I have worked at two different walmart stores and I have to say.... The first (which was also my last) was my favorite. They treated me with more respect and treated me equally. They helped me and understood me. They tried to understand and hear me out.
The second store I went to was in the middle of nowhere and disrespected me. They made women feel second class and low.
I was very glad when I went back to my old store.
I do think that walmart needs to pay their associates a little more. They do quiet a bit. Running everywhere. Trying to do everything for everyone else plus help customers. Let alone, processing and putting up frieght. Handling customers and cleaning up during back to school, holidays and Black Friday. Never having a holiday off except Christmas Day unless you work third shift. Then you have to work Christmas night. Which sucks a lot.
All in all, walmart is not a bad company to work for. Sometimes they give you bonus'. Although you have to work every holiday, you get paid for it. And you get a pretty good amount of hours unless you work as a cashier.... Then they mess your schedule up and make it crazy. But anyway...
I'm not going to miss walmart. I'm going to miss the pay though.

Hospital.

Well, sorry I haven't posted anything. I've been sick for the past couple days and I've been in the hospital. I had to get my appendix removed. Not fun but at least I don't have to worry about them later. Very sore at the moment but I'm sure I will be out of here soon. Sorry to everyone!

Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: Crystal Review

Ok...
So, when I first saw the art way back when it first emerged from the shadows... I was let down. I thought it would look a little more mature now since the main fans are older now.
Since I have started watching the show now and now waiting for the newest episode to come out.... I don't think it is a complete loss like I thought it would be.
I still don't really care for the art... They are a bit to skinny and Mamoru looks like a toothpick.
I absolutely hate the CGI in the transformations though. They could have done so much better. I'm very very disappointed. In the older version, it was my favorite part of the episode. Now, I just want to skip past it. Which makes me sad. :(
I am happy how they are progressing so far though. They are getting to the point and the romance and feeling between Usagi and Mamoru is much better. I love that. It's not as silly as the older one which I am happy about. Although the art isn't as mature as I would have hoped.... They have made up for that in the story.
I do love the commercial pictures though.... I think all of them are so beautiful!
I do think that the Moon Pride video is a little misleading but very beautiful. I think the art in the video is a little different than the show... but in a good way? I did love the video though.

So! All in all.... I'm pleased so far.
I will give it a 8/10 just because I am very disappointed in the transformations. I am excited about the romance though. Hoping to see more in the upcoming episodes. :D

Older outfit post since I'm still updating everyone. :)

I thought everyone would be interested in this post since I really like this outfit. :3Since I am a very cheap person and poor I can't buy a bunch of new things all the time but I still hope for you to enjoy my posts! Anyway! Here is the breakdown: Cardigan: Forever21Blouse: Wal-MartSkirt: Free PeopleShoes: EbayI am sorry that I can't get a better picture. My parents house is very dark and it's hard to get any quality photos. :( Hopefully once I move I will be able to wear more of my clothing. Since my parents house is so small... I just don't have enough room for anything so right now I'm living out of a laundry basket. D:

Spell of desire/Majo no Biyaku review

I have been waiting for this manga to be published for forever! I love Tomu Ohmi! Her art is so pretty and her stories are so good! She also made Midnight Secretary. So far, these are the only two I know of that have been published in America.
On to the review! Since I have read more than just the first volume *cough* online *cough*. I know a little more that what is going to happen. But don't worry! I will try not to completely spoil it for you! They haven't published a lot of it online either actually. It's kind of sad. :(
So, basically, It's about the girl, Kaoruko Mochizuki, and the guy, Kaname Hibiki, who are on the cover here, obviously.... Kaoruko runs a herb shop up in the mountains that her grandmother who passed away had. One day, this dude, Kaname, comes basically barging in saying shes the daughter of the most powerful dark/black witch, The 'Witch Queen' and that she has her powers and he is basically here to protect her.
I have to say, Kaoruko is a very pretty, adorable woman and doesn't know how to depend on anyone so for him to be here is very strange for her. Kaname, on the other hand, is very similar to her other character from Midnight Secretary but more playful? I suppose. Kind of a pervert but he's cute so It's ok. :P
The book is basically about her trying to control her powers and how it affects everyone around them.
The book does progress quickly but once you notice the timing, you kind of understand.
I don't really have any complaints so far. I think it's cute. It doesn't progress slowly like other shoujo manga does.
I'm not exactly sure how many volumes there are going to be since there isn't very much info on the manga. It's not very popular, yet.
Now on to the art!
The art is very sleek and has just the right flow to it when it comes to main characters. Although, background characters don't get as much care.
This is not a spoiler because if you just start reading it.... well, you will understand.

Anyhow, as you can tell, background characters don't get as much details. Which is kind of disappointing but I understand what she's doing. I just think she could have spent a little more time on them. Proportions and all... Ehhe....
Anyway, I think that's all for today! You guys should definitely check this manga out! If you're into romance you will love her and her books!

I wasn't going to post anything more but...

Robin Williams just died and I'm really upset.
I think most people knew he had depression but I don't think anyone realized that it would come to this. I'm seriously holding back tears. He was such an amazing person and such a great actor.
I'm so sad right now. He will be missed so much.
You could feel the emotions in his movies and you would just fall in love with his characters.

I feel like rewatching his movies. :(

Reasons why I have been away,

Sooooo, I'm sorry I haven't been on my blog in while. A lot of things have been going on and to be honest, I just haven't had much to say. Most of the time I am on tumblr. Which you can check out the link on the side bar >>>>>>.
Anyway, I've gotten married and my husband is in the Air Force now so he has been gone for a while. I have moved back into my parents until I am able to be with him again. I will be moving again next month. So, I might not post very much again. So I am sorry about that.
Once we do move, I'm pretty sure I will post more since I won't be working. I would like to make this blog more for reviews, outfit shots and a little bit of personal posts.
So, whoever follows my blog, I hope you enjoy and become my friends! :)

Haven't posted in a while! Outfit post to start off this new year!

Basically everything is off brand!
My necklace and shoes are both from Ebay.
